Tabby

Really lovely detailed work, but I would like to see what he/she is sitting on, rather than being suspended in mid air. I've tried using coloured pencils on Bristol Board, but can't seem to get any depth of colour, but you have achieved it.

Beautiful! Looks just like a tabby I had years ago. You've made his fur look so soft, I want to run my fingers over his fluffy belly. I've tried drawing tabbies with coloured pencil and found it so difficult to do the markings. I also like the plain white surrounding him. I think the subtle shadow around his legs and tail makes him settle peacefully, perfectly in his space. I also love his expression!
