What a beautiful Staffie Tracey. Can I ask what medium you used please?

Hi Adele, she is a beauty isn't she 😁 it's just coloured pencil(a combination of Prisma and Derwent coloursoft) on a Derwent pastel paper 😁

Thanks Helen 😁 it's mad coz this is the first time I've drawn a staffy and I've never seen one this this colour before, now I have 3 to do 😁

This reminds me of my previous dog, storm a staffy. Very well captured the characters of the breed, my new staffy is a girl they seem more relaxed.... Good job.

This is beautiful, Tracey. It must have taken you ages to do with coloured pencil! There is a great texture on his coat and his nose is superb. I love him!

I'm gobsmacked Tracey - I would never have thought this coloured pencil - looks more like pastel! Perhaps it's the pastel paper. Must have a go.

Thank you everyone, much appreciated 😊 it doesn't take too long Adele, this one took about 8 hours, but it's only A4. I used derwent 250g grey pastel paper. I started drawing last year after a 30 year gap and i think i'm finally finding my own style. You should give it a go, coz you can get minute detail, plus nice blending, it's all about gradual build of colour -light to dark 😊i'll look out for your drawings😁
