farmland, cronton

I am assuming this is where Cronton Colliery was???Is ???? So many memories, we started married life in a caravan near here. Nearly fifty years ago..Had a baby and a dog. Thanks for this ,but it looks a whole lot more pristine now than it was then.

this is across the road from the colliery Sylvia, the colliery has been planted with trees and is more like a woodland now, but the farms towards widnes and halewood seem to have all grown rapeseed this year and driving home from work through all this yellow was nothing short of spectacular

You have the colour of rapeseed spot on Tommy I love the fields covered in this. The dark green trees really complement it.

Agree with Carole - the yellow and blue green combination is irresistible. I also like the slightly naif quality of the painting. It's very well done, Tommy!
