The beach at Dungeness is a very strange place. It looks like the end of human civilisation. Small rail tracks going nowhere, as the sea is receding. Derelict fishing boats, which you have included. Sea kale and endless pebbles. thanks for the reminder. You have achieved a good rendition here. The waves work well. I agree that, copying the masters is a good way to learn new techniques. Well done.

I think you have caught R.C.S's style very well here.

I recognise his influence Tom but it's still very much your work. A success all round. I too have a go at a Wesson or Seago when I'm struggling for inspiration or can't think of how to tackle a certain terrain or atmosphere, it does help and it can be developed.

Very nice Tom and as already said the waves in particular work well
