This hit me right in the eye immediately today - it's somewhat akin to the work of Paula Rego: cryptic but enjoyable.

Thanks Robert, have looked up Paula Reago. She reminds me of Balthus. I agree, my images have something in common with hers. Nice to know I&#39;m in company, not sure whether it will get me very far!<br />

As a visual painting it is wonderfully painted - could you give us a clue regarding the symbolism- fascinating !

Hi Lynne, the naked lady who is preparing to go out seems unawareof her vulnerability. The strange little men with their masks represent potetial threats to her....... or something like that!
