Great subject and work on it Tim. I hope it's your photography (like mine) and Big Ben isn't painted leaning.

Worse luck, Derek, it IS painted leaning. I work horizontally on a table and didn't adjust the distorted perspective which this presents. I hope the eeriness can be put down to artistic licence!

I'm enjoying painting with acrylic and doing a series of London, in particular Westminster Bridge, in unusual lighting conditions. Working from a sketch from Hungerford Bridge. I like to paint on board. We travelled on the 453 from Lewisham to the National Gallery a year ago. Quite an experience!
