I love this area in Rabat [Victoria]. I frequently paint here plein air, this tiny oil was done from small water colours painted on site, 8x8ins, it's ready for the Christmas markets in Villa Rundle every weekend in December. There are many cat colonies all over Rabat, these cats are well fed by the locals!
