I agree with Peter - really lovely depth :-) i can imagine myself in this painting sat on the grass watching the water and any clouds that may appear :-)

Another view of this lovely Suffolk village based on a photograph taken recently on a rare fine day! I generally try to include a "big" sky but thought I'd experiment with a high horizon to give a greater sense of depth. Image size 12" x 9" on a Waterford 140 lb. pad.
