I bought these lilies from a very famous chain, and I was talked into painting these by the flowers themselves as they sat on the shelf in front of where I do my painting (i.e. the dinning room). the smell is beautifully powerful and I kept looking at them . in the end I succumb and had a go. in coloured pencils.
