Looking through old sketchbooks is akin to old photograph albums isn't it, you must have a lot Sylvia if they go back to 1013! Lovely lively sketches that convey the excitement of the music.

Oh they go back about ten years…. Might just bore everyone with some of them. You are so right they are much better than photographs I love my camera but love my sketch books more , I really looked and related with my memories.

Ooooops Christine, even I am not that old.

I love music and I love that sketch. 1013:))?

Since I have only just joined the Gallery I have only now found this lovely series of sketches. I agree that the sketch book is much better than the camera - it tends to bring back more vivid memories of place and time. When on walking trips I would try to make sketches whenever we stopped for a break and I now have a couple of sketch books full of happy memories.

Also its great fun looking back at what I have done in my sketch book. This is fine pen.
