A further comment Sue if I may. After giving further thought as to your struggle with this work and losing your way I think you have made a really valid point in that the more we worry about a work the more frustrated we become and it clouds the mind from freedom of creativity and just getting on with the job of making art

I especially like the street light in this Sue - atmospheric. Really interesting comments.

Thank you Alan & Hilary. I agree Alan. We get caught up in creating a 'masterpiece', forgetting it's just 'paper' & pigment, & then it becomes a 'chore' not a pleasure.
