Style comes creeping up on you - no point looking for it, just keep painting (he said, grandly: sorry if you've been painting for donkey's years and know this better than I do!). What you're good at is capturing atmosphere - keep on doing that, and style will inevitably follow. Like this one, with the subtle blending of darker colours.
