I have always loved budgerigars, and I love this lively little painting too.

He's really rocking Stephanie. What do you use for the outline, it looks lovely, almost like a stained glass effect.

I'd also like to know how you achieve the outline, Stephanie, which I've noticed in your previous posts, it's a lovely and very distinctive feature.

Thank you all for your lovely comments. The outline is done using Marabu water based gutta. I apply it direct from the tube with a 0.3mm nib fitted.
