Many thanks Adele, I suppose you have to find your own way of working and lots of practice. By the way, I used an old Edding 1800 pen, which I thought was waterproof but it does bleed just a Iittle which enabled me to get that lighter tone over the tree branches and house walls. Just shows, we continue to learn as we go along!

Nice sketch Stephen, like it, are you going to try this in watercolour ?
