Like this Stephen it’s really fresh. I know this is a regular view that you paint in watercolour but this has a whole different feel with the change of medium.

Many thanks for those encouraging thoughts, Thalia, Marjorie and Fiona. I always enjoy painting with pastels, as a change from Watercolour. No worries about drying times and the colour changing as it dries, just put it down and it stays there! Bit messy though and difficult to store.

Started off with charcoal, then added some pastel colour. Not used pastels for a while, good to have a change now and then.
