St Baize Cave by Dave Singleton

St Baize Cave

Lovely. I think from this cave (St. Blaize) people use to watch whales and delphins; have you seen any?

From the signs erected in the cave, seems the place was lived in by our distant ancestors. On the cliff top there are piles of shells and it is said that inhabitants used to cook shellfish up there and the piles of shells have accummulated over thousands of years. It is said!

I sat in a cafe at the Point in Mossel Bay with a large beer and the waves crashing over the rocks behind me and could't resist having a go at capturing the Cave and Lighthouse in front of me. I had difficulty in representing the rocks but I think I got the essence of the place.
