A very strong portrait Linda. It looks very confident. I've never used pastelfix, Canson, usually smooth side strangely enough, is what I've used a lot and Canson Mi-Teintes Touch is brilliant.

I like the atmosphere and mood in this, Linda. Did you get on with the paper any better or was it just a one-off piece never to be retried?!

The effect was a bit of a happy accident, but even though most of the pastel is very thin, it still did not want to keep the pastel on. The pencil lines, stayed much better than the soft pastel areas. so it is never to be tried again.
