What a splendid orchid Linda. Such a tricky flower to paint but the details and delicacy of the flower you have portrayed here are superb.

Many thanks to all who have commented. Yes it was tricky and took hours, but I like a challenge. Thank God forInktense pencils. Without them i would have had to draw out all the veins in the pencils and go over them with a fine rigger and paint!
