Much as I hate tattoos on women and men and can't understand the craze for them, this is quite intriguing work, but it could be a photo because the image is blurred and I can't determine the necklace/berries technique or medium. The portfolio has some smashing images in it. Well done.

I think that the the tattoo is the art, not the photo. But maybe it is not a tattoo, but a drawing on skin.
