Thank you very much, Ros and Thea. I must put more time aside to paint. It is so necessary to improve, and to feel alive! I have just joined the SAA (Society for All Artists, was Society for Amateur Artists?) as I feel in need of some new stimulation and tuition. Hoping to do more painting! Glad also to watch various painting demos on You-tube. What will you paint now Thea, if you are having a change from your lovely boats?

More than an urn, I think you've painted a samovar. But whatever you choose to call it, it's very well done. Great reflections!

Always loved drawing and painting. Studied biology at UEA, PGCE at Sussex, then part-time art studies at Sussex and Brighton, including printmaking. Before Covid I gave a little weekly watercolour class for 7 years. Now I am using acrylics on canvas and paper en plein air whenever possible.
