Oil on panel 18 x 24 inches.The scene is of a farm gate in Meopham, Kent. Unfortunately, the Barn owl is totally fictional. As far as i know, no Barn Owls frequent these feilds, although i often see a Little Owl in trees nearby. I've even seen him feeding in the middle of the road as i drive to work!!
