And with your left hand......! Your choice of colours and shapes is excellent! Mes compliments!

What wonderful shapes, textures and colours! A super piece of work and with your left hand...I'm very impressed!

Two smashers Satu! I imagine working with the 'other' hand to be actually quite liberating in a strange sort of way! No messing about, just that feeling of somehow transferring paint to canvass. It actually sounds like fun. I shall have to try it out..I like the two squiggly pale shapes (centre) in this one.

Hi satu lovely rich warm colours a lovely painting. My mind wants to see red roses surrounded by lush vegetation , superb .

Thank you very much Avril, Thea, Louise, Christine and Dennis for your comments!

Actually, now that I think of it, this one reminds me of the colours in an peacock's tail. Perhaps that might suggest an idea for a title to you?

Absolutely splendid work, Satu! And you're just using the roller! I'd love to see what amazing stuff you'll be accomplishing with a roller and a Gelli plate! I love the combination of subtle and bold colors. I'm seeing an exotic pre-historic rock painting!

Lovely work Satu and great autumny colours on both these paintings.

Thank you so much Thea , Seok and Carole! Rocking Peacock!?

ps. Forgot to say how I like those calligraphic marks Satu, how did you get those?

Carole, I did them with the edge of the roller. Accidental marks really!

Definitely - go for it! Rocking Peacock sounds great.

Wow Satu! This is lovely!

Thank you very much Gudrun, Thea and Sarah! Rocking Peacock it is then!!

Tuesday painting's subject: draw and paint with the other hand. I used a roller with my left hand for this small painting on canvas. It was a really good experience and everybody seemed to enjoy it.
