Liberation indeed, but still an excellent piece, Satu! Certainly that peekaboo hairstyle adds intrigue and provokes thought. And yes, you need to get a Gelli plate! It has great potential in the hands of someone as creative as you!

I like the deeper colours you've used in this Satu and it has a definite touch of Modigliani!

Hi Satu, I ordered mine from Dick Blick in the US and it was rather frightfully expensive. Both Julie Bosley and Christine Davies have them. You may want to check with them where they bought theirs. I'm sure there will be some place in the UK that carries them, in which case you would save a lot of postage bringing it in from the US. Having splurged on that totally indulgent piece of fluff, I have no regrets! It's loads of fun, and for me, I think it'll be useful to create backdrops for my work that are a bit more exciting than what I usually manage to produce on my own.
