I do love the repeated shapes which hoid the whole picture together and give it such great continuity - a super composition.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this, Satu. It's marvellous! Your ingenuity, imagination, flair and skill really know no bounds. Agree with Michael - your composition is superb and the repeated shapes give the whole painting a vital coherence. Familiar objects seen in a fresh way. Well done!

I roughly drew my favorite vase,a little pot and a plate.Then I cut them out and used them as a stencil. The patterns were put in with a cork and a piece of sponge. I think that the result is a bit too dark but it's too late and complicated to do anything about it.
