A Dream 2 by Satu Vartiainen

I didn't see the first version, Satu....Not quite sure of my response to this...it is reminiscent of a dream state .....a misty haziness with a clarity as well....Intriguing!

I thought you'd add more colour. I would have but I didn't feel that it was for me to say so! It was really good before but could have been seen as needing more work on it by some because of the canvass showing through. This is wonderful now. Bet you're pleased. Strong, memorable work. Well done!

Lovely, Satu. Yes, the stronger color is wonderful, and I'm glad you left the figure on the right without too much detail. I think the whole painting works beautifully.

I think its better for a bit more colour as you haven't lost the dreamlike quality of the first one , lovely.

I did not see the Dream1. Agree with Seok Yam, you left one face vague, therefore maintain the dream quality ( I reiterate what William said). The whole painting is well composed and has an interesting feel..
