Beautiful refection and colour..

This is really great Satu. Is it for you friend cos I'd cerrainly have it on my wall. I love the colours and composition..... Is that a prison window....? Bravo, Avie.

This is lovely, you can get of lot of pleasure just lingering and looking at this composition.

This is a wonderfully polished piece of work! I love the various subtle tones and colors that move the eye around the painting and the composition and colors are excellent. It's so beautiful, Satu!

I really like this wonderful still life Satu, great use of warm and cool colours, one I could live with happily.

Thank you all for your wonderful, encouraging comments!!! And Avie, it's not a prison but a basement room. The photo was completely white behind the pots so I had to invent something and after fiddling with it for a long time I painted that window and put the bars on like they have them in London basement kitchens.

How beautiful, Satu. I particularly love the colours and reflections but also the contrasting matt of Ashley's pot and the geometric lines on the wall. Something for me to aspire to. Thank you for your comments on my Deep Twaddle. I think I had more fun writing the words than doodling on the collage. If you click on the picture then click again to enlarge it you should be able to zoom in and read them (though they are meant to be rubbish!)

Acrylic 60x50cm A friend of my gave a photograph and asked if I would be interested in painting it. The white pot in the picture is important to her because it was made by her son when he was still at school and had " clay therapy" after an accident which damaged his hand badly.
