Lovely scene, love the crisp look to the snow and the frozen water and the contrasting glimpses of rock through the snow as well Sandra, hi Gudrun, we have had snow flurries this morning as well here in Heysham just outside Morecambe.

Hi Gundrun and Ros, thanks for the encouragement and good feedback, it was my love of the mountains and their ever changing apperance in the light that made me want to try and paint them. Now I can watch as the light changes from my home in the Highlands.
