thanks for your comments.... Never attempted to draw a boat before, but when i was on holiday in north whales last month, seeing all the little fishing boats well i though i'd give it a go. water i think is the hardest thing to draw

Hi Ruthy, North Wales ya say! Did it rain? Raining here in the west anywhooo. I like your loose sketching style. It works well. I like the way you ran the mast off the page too. Creates a good sense of depth. As for drawing water....very hard I think. You've done well here though keeping it as simple as you could get away with.
