Really like the atmospheric feeling you have got in this Richard, great muted colours that are balanced against the blue of the sky and the white supports on the boat house, really great sense of the place going on here, anyone who knows this place would be able to feel it through this painting, the reflections are really nicely done and the reeds in the foreground anchor everything nicely, great job.<br />

I also like the atmosphere here Richard, has a very peaceful feel to it. Tonaly, I feel the white supports of the boathouse are too bright, also the tone of the background hill is the same as that of the front of the boathouse, which makes it difficult to see.

Thanks Stephen. I see what you mean. The arches were painted white but could have been toned down.
