Lovely array of colours for these Calla lilies and white leaves. Yes gouache seems to give a bolder and smoother effect, looks wonderful!

Gorgeous magenta Calla Lily, Ice Queen, with white leaves rimmed with dark green, as well as other colourful leaves around it. All done with gouache on cradled wood.
