I can’t imagine doing a portrait this big. Are you going to do more this size Ron? The proportions are excellent.

Oil (WMO) on canvas, 36 x 30in. Recently attended a workshop where we got an insight into how a local artist creates her large, zoomed-in portraits. Normally I work to 'life-size' but this one is 2x and the background was painted first. There are still a few charcoal lines that need to be erased once I work out a way that doesn't remove the paint.
