I do like this painting, very reminiscent of Helen Bradley. You are obviously influenced by northern artists as your VE Day painting has something of a Lowry about it!

Thank you for kind comment. You are right Christine, I live round the corner from the Salford area that Lowry used to paint. I have been influenced by his style due to many visits to the Lowry museum which is just down the road.
