Thanks for the positive comments folks, pleased you like the work. It might surprise you to know that ' here comes the sun ' came about because I was using a new yellow shade of pastel and the first marks I made on black ground blew me away and, very quickly into the piece, gave me not only the dominant sunlight but also the dramatic shadows. Ah!, if only every painting came together so quick!. Roger Mc.
