It stands well as it is Roger. I preferred the under painting of my last posting, some how I tighten up when I add the next layers etc.

16" x 20" acrylic underpainting.My references are two plein-air paintings; a watercolour and a pastel. The blue-primed canvas is showing through all over the painting. I MUST do very little when I continue, as I feel this is working in a rough-and-ready painterly way. I feel that working in pastel is influencing my style. Comments, please!
