This textured painting in acrylic is on a MDF board (14" x 24") I cut out the cardboard shape of the cottage and stuck it in with PVA glue. Then I cut a few pieces of string , fixed these then attached dampened tissue paper. and a final coating of Polyfilla. When dry I sealed the picture with emulsion paint. and then painted with acrylic paint. Final touch is to give it a coat of varnish.
