Nice painting of a well known local landscape in the North East of England.

Once again, your sky is magical. I'm fascinated how you've achieved that wash, with the soft cloud effect and the slight granulation around the horizon.

Thanks for the further comments. The sky effects result from a sequence of an initial wash, followed by the partial removal of the wash via clean water. This process was also instrumental in achieving the pale, watery sun, which is partially obscured by the high clouds.
