I really like this, Richard. Very stylish, and I like the fact that the red on their breasts is different on each bird. I didn't know Harold Braul's work...I've looked him up. My sort of artist, very offbeat, works from memory, and in a surprisingly large scale.

The balance you achieve feels very Japanese. Great dialogue with minimal line. Fabulous.

Pen and Coloured Pencil on A4 Sketchpad. These images are in the style of Harold Braul's super paintings. Posted an Acrylic version about 3 years ago and thought I would use this style for coloured pencil practice.
