It would be interesting if you could tell us more about this - how did you incorporate the calligraphy (which is beautiful)? Is Io Ching still with us? What is Zhuan paper? I find the free yet disciplined ink lines captivating, and so descriptive of movement.

Good morning, Yes, I would be happy to tell you more about my "Bird on a Pink Branch" which has been described as whimsical. It is executed on Zhuan paper using Chinese pigment and Chinese ink which allows for such fluidity in execution. The wonderful calligraphy is by Taiwan scholar and artist, Lo Ch"ing Che. He graced my work by writing his poetic calligraphy upon over 40 of my Chinese brush-stroke paintings. The work measures approx 76cm x 132cm + 3" traditional silk border .
