Colourful painting, Rebecca, but not too many of these bee eaters please - we're doing our best to keep our remaining hive strong to survive the winter and don't need anything eating them!

Hi David :-) thanks so much for looking and commenting :-) i have not heard of these birds before, it is sad they eat bees, it should be wasps and hornets :-) the photo for my reference is from www.arkive.org loads of animals/insects on there that i have printed off wallet size (9 per A4 sheet of paper) and cut them out, stick them in my inspiration book that is about A6 in size. Im glad you like them :-)
