Doorsteps with pots

Hi Nicola. I like what I see in your beautiful atmospheric gallery...I like these quirky village [France?] scenes and the doors too...

Lovely loose feel to this, might I just comment that the steps on the left look out of propertion with the flowerpots? . Either that or they are HUGE pots. That would be my explanation.

I love this, particularly the way you've captured the shadows, looks like it was a lovely sunny day, not like the English weather we're having today. Nice weather for ducks!!!

I like the looseness of this watercolour. The subject of this painting is most interesting, I think that it has alot of character.
