The Yellow-breasted Greenfinch (Carduelis spinoides) is a species of finch in the Fringillidae family. It is found in the northern regions of the Indian Subcontinent, primarily in the mid-altitudes of the Himalayas, and in parts of Southeast Asia. It ranges across Afghanistan, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Tibet and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are temperate forests and temperate shrubland.
