I too enjoyed seeing so many painters in St James park on Wednesday. A good result. Much better than mine, which I am too ashamed of to exhibit here! but i went back today and had another go I am happier with.

This is lovely Theresa, great detail in both water and trees. I was also at St James’s Park last Wednesday, managed two paintings but need a bit of tweaking before posting! It was a wonderful day and an excellent idea. Hope they organise more!

An amazing day last Wednesday when around 90 artists enjoyed painting in the sunshine at a “ paint out “ event organised by the British plein air painters! I had to make a couple of alterations at home as I didn’t secure my painting properly (dashing for the train) and some smudging occurred on the way home. A lesson learnt!
