Whilst on the Queen Mary 2, 2016, watercolour teacher on board, Tan GIllespie, was demonstrating her technique of painting from the top and continuing down the painting, using a bead of water colour and trying to establish colour tones in the initial painting rather than to keep going back over. The water reflections were completed once initial wash is dry
