Well John, this is an impressive one with all the beautiful colours, all harmonious, and the variety of strokes.

Thank you Henry, Marjorie,Stephen, Dennis, Chandra and Pod. Stephen. I mix pumic powder in acrylic. Needs to be a creamy consistency. Super surface for pastels as the pastel grips the surface and sticks firm. I also do acrylic painting on the same surface. Use hog brushes as the surface acts like sand paper on the bristles.

Super work John, love the criss cross and overlap of colour, which looks so fresh.

Wonderful pastel John, and colours fitting with the cold day.

Beautiful tapestry of colours John. Thanks for the info on your technique.

I like this very impressionistic style, with the lovely unifying underpainting adding warmth to the cooler hues. Very nicely done, John!

Love the foreground mix of cool blues and warm oranges, John.

Great mark making John, I'm afraid I'm a "fair weather"outdoor painter!
