Yet another super still life Petra, well done.

Superb, Petra - I can imagine touching that jug and feeling the cold on my hand.

Incredible reflections Petra. A great addition to your splendid gallery.

Gorgeous Peltea, I really admire your skill in creating shine and reflection - a lovely painting which is reminiscent of the Dutch masters. Well done!

Very , very nice painting, Your passion for painting and for the subject just glows through this work!

Beautiful reflections and beautiful painting

I think you must have a magic wand or something because how you achieve these fantastic effects when painting metal and glass is definitely beyond the mortal!! Amazing work - always takes my breath away.

Many thanks Glennis and Thea for yor lovely comments, very much appreciated :)

Petra, this is just beautiful, but, hey, aren't they all. I loved the reflections of the marbles in your recent paintings , but this jug reveals so much more by allowing us a little glimpse your home and therefore your life. Perhaps, like the mirror in the Marrriage of Arnolfini, the jug will one day reveal the artist. . . . The juxaposition of colours is absolutely terrific: the sepia door(wardrobe?) in the bathed light of the reflected room, contrasting with the dark mahogany of the table and the russet fruit, all set aginst an inky wall, void . ... exquisite. I really think you should give up the day job Petra so that we can enjoy even more of your work.

Thank you so much for your really lovely comment Duncan, very much appreciated. I hope one day I can work part time and may be able to dedicate longer hours to my paintings :)

This is again a stunning piece of work Petra. Such a clean and crisp look to it. You should be very happy with it and congratulations on having 3 pieces in Mays top 10 !! You deserve it.

This is a stunning painting, the reflections are brilliant!

Many thanks Denise and Ashley-Jane, your comments are very much appreciated :)

This is your best yet Petra. You've certainly mastered this type of painting. Well done, it's a beauty!

... I agree with Duncan Thomas. I don't normally like still life paintings, but your paintings have an additional dimension which make them stand out.

Another fantastic painting ,the refections are so realistic.

Many thanks Louise, Gudrum and Sean for your very kind comments, much appreciated :)
