Did you have to drop a cherry from a great height to get the reference photo or did you do it from memory? It is a great idea and a lovely change from the more usual glasses of wine that are often figure in paintings. I also like the wittiness. It must have been a difficult one to pull of but you have painted it beautifully as always.
