Is there a name for it? It's very dramatic - if you miss the other, you'll just have to combine the two! However you tackle it, it's still pushing the boundaries.

If you mean thick paint, then it is "Impasto".

Photoshopped the Eagle, painted that image. It was fun and easy but I miss the skill of drawing a lifelike image. By the way there is a name for this kind of painting, what us it please.
