Wagtail on Mudeford Breakers
I was sitting on this breaker at Mudeford Spit and happened to look down and see the degradation of the woodwork and a painting began to evolve. Pied wagtails are always flitting around in this area and as my research confirmed that it could well have been a nest site it seemed appropriate to include one in the subject. I also liked the turquoise hue to the reed grasses which break up the parallel lines of the timber too.
