Hi Lynda, Thanks for your comments. Yes, my postcards are sold locally by three shops in Whitstable. I self-publish them and go straight to the shop. That way I control how the cards come out AND get a better profit (rather than a royalty). If you have good ideas in a popular style and they are pitched to the right people, it's not hard to succeed. My advice would be to avoid the big greetings card companies and self-publish. Good luck!

Postcard/poster-style watercolour of a bubble-blowing crab (Whitstable is famous for its seafood and it was also the location of Robert Louis Stephenson's first UK passenger railway, called 'The Crab & Winkle Line', which ran from Canterbury to the coast.
