Further to my earlier sketches and designs, I hand-burnished this two-colour linoprint last night. There is additional hand-colouring with watercolour (to the face). As there will be a lot of reversed-out type in the body of the elephant man, too small to cut by hand, this will be added next stage by computer over a scan of this print. The type will be in a sympathetic, 'stressed-style' font so that it doesn't jar with the crude print. See: www.petergander.blogspot.com for details ;)
